Absolutely delicious. Taco Tuesday is only $1.50 for their 3 basic tacos, all of which are great. They had pico with cucumber and aguafresca, which felt refreshing since their dining tables are outside. The dining area is pleasant, comfortable, and clean. Highly recommended!

Best tacos in Utah county. I’d just like to call out the guy that said that the tortillas tasted like plastic but in his profile he gave cafe rio 5 stars. I’m dead. This is one of two best taco places in all of Utah and the other establishment is around 30 miles away from here. If you complain about this place and give cafe rio 5 stars, please sit down before you try and comment on what good food is.

The salsas and the tortillas are very Yummy. I had the carne asada tacos, and they were good, but not my favorite. in the area.Ibwill have to try something else next time. WARNING for anyone with celiac or gluten intolerant. They add wheat flour to their tortilla dough! I am so glad I asked! They made some dough without wheat flour for me.

I was bummed when their pickled onions disappeared—but great news: they're back and just as delicious as I remember! What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. Every visit feels personal thanks to the genuinely friendly and courteous staff. I've had some great conversations here—they really care about their customers and it shows. Hands down, this is the best Mexican food I've found anywhere nearby. If you're looking for authenticity, flavor, and great service, this is the place.
